The RCSC (RIM Co-op Social Committee) seeks to promote social balance and interaction among the large number of students employed at RIM every work term. This initiative creates a fun and exciting atmosphere both inside and outside of work. All students working at RIM are encouraged to take part! Additionally, RIM offers multiple events/sports teams for employees to join and the opportunity to take part in community events such as Dragon Boat Races.
