Are there any hidden costs, setup fees or contracts?
No. For design work we invoice you only when the web site (or an agreed part of it) is completed to your satisfaction. For domain registration the price shown is payable at the beginning of the registration period; nothing further is payable until the next renewal. However no refunds are available on domain registration. For hosting we ask you to pay 3, 6 or 12 months in advance, with the monthly rate discounted for longer periods. There are no setup fees and you can change plans at any time without charge – paying just the difference in cost between plans calculated pro-rata for the period of time remaining. Finally, if you decide to cancel your hosting we will charge pro-rata for the time used and refund the remainder.
