Are their any direct competitors to Privia Health?
Not really. Privia is a new model of doing healthcare that we’ve not seen done before… a premium, personal health management membership that is consumer focused, primary care physician directed, and has a core philosophy of not just treating disease, but helping prevent it in the first place. That said, to create this unique membership organization we’ve borrowed ideas and best practices from many different types of healthcare companies – including wellness coaching, disease management, concierge medicine, health information technology, and health advocacy. We’ve also modeled many of our best practices from companies outside of the healthcare industry. Our Members at Privia Health are used to getting exceptional, personalized service in many areas of their lives, and we think it’s time the healthcare system caught up.
