Are the Activation and Processing Fees refundable?
Your Activation Fee is refundable, subject to the restrictions noted in these FAQs and your Cardholder Agreement, for 30 days after your Activation Date. Please note that your account Processing Fee is not refundable and that if you cancel your account AFTER your Activation Fee Payment Date, your Annual Fee will be charged to your LPC creditline and will become due upon cancellation.
