Are noisy exhausts illegal?
I’m not sure about laws such as this in the U.K. However I will tell you that as having this problem resolved myself, that YES…you can report it as a disturbance, and NO they’re not illegal, however 99% of noisy exhausts like that come with some sort of silencer that should be put on. You can report it as a disturbance of the peace as long as you have the following: proof, evidentiary support, and basically a statement from all your kids and yourself towards an officer of the law.
