Diodes, Inc. manufactures both matched and non-matched dual transistor products. • The DMMT series are matched products made with adjacent die from a single wafer. • The IMX8, IMT4, BC847BS, and MMDT series are not made with matched dice. Please see the appropriate Data Sheets for Diodes, Inc’s specific matching specifications.
