Had Atrium windows installed in our house when it was built in 2001. Have had many problems with these windows since being installed, leaking through the weep holes, screens that do not fit, windows do not fit properly, seals leaking. We live in Tucson,Az and had to have them tinted darker than the original tint, i now understand the warranty does not cover windows with extra tint. These are low quality windows and only purchased because the house was built by Pulte and had no other choice. If I had choice I would have had Pella windows installed even though they cost more. Wouldn’t have had to put up with these problems.
