saying all generalizations are false is a generalization, so saying they are all false would mean it is false, which would mean they are not all false. saying they are not all false would get you to the same end but quicker. so i guess all answers are the same on this one.

Carefully worded generalizations are easy to be true. Oversimplifications have more of a tendency to be false.

That would become a circle. If all generalisations are false then this one must by definition be false, but if it is false then some generalisations must be true.

No, not all generalizations are false. And you really can’t measure them by “true” or “false.” You can measure them by how strong and weak they are. A strong generalization may be useful, but a weak generalization is unlikely to be useful.
