Are additional points awarded for submitting more than one partner agreement for a particular service?
The selection criteria under Project Design, Section C, is the “extent to which the proposed project will establish linkages with other appropriate agencies and organizations providing services to the target population. ” Peer reviewers could possibly interpret having additional partners and clearly outlined meaningful partnerships with multiple entities as a “bonus.” However, there is not a discrete method of calculating a specific number of “extra” points earned for each additional partner so the most important thing is the extent to which applicants fully respond to all of the selection criteria as written.
