Application Manger says my Application Package is Complete (or any other status) but USAJOBS says it is only started. Why?
Application Manager shows the true status. If USAJOBS does not have current information on your status it is because you did not click a link at the end of the Confirmation page. However, this does not matter. As long as you have a Complete application package on the Application Package Status page either at the very top of the page, or in Application Package History at the bottom of Details, you have completed the process.
