After entering the subscription code, why is No valid FIS subscriptions displayed?

The reason this message is displayed is that the entered subscription is not valid on the current date. This is normal behavior if there is no subscription that is active on the current date. When the subscription becomes active on the future start date, as shown on the subscription page of the display and on the View Subscriptions menu of the Web site date, the message will no longer be displayed.
