Zoning Maps: how up-to-date are they?
Zoning Maps are updated on a monthly schedule with zoning amendments enacted by the Board of Supervisors. Other updated features also appear on the monthly production run of the Zoning Maps; these include parcels, proposed subdivisions, the Major Thouroughfare Plan, Zoning Case locations and Plan of Development Case locations. The updated maps are generally available by the first day of the following month.
