Yz85 and a yz125, what should i get?
At the height you are you would find the yz125 hard work especially if you do not have all that much experience racing. 2 strokes are not as easy to learn to ride or race on. You will also find if you look at most racing once it gets to the lites sections that anyone who races seriously is on a 4 stroke 250f. Those who are still racing the 2 stroke 125cc are basically people who are just in it for fun which is okay but the 2 stroke is slowly disappearing from race grids and is not the bike of choice for anyone serious these days and when up against the 4 strokes they are outclassed. Not all the known manufacturers are making them any longer either. But really you are not tall enough to worry about the 125cc anyway. So if it is a 2 stroke you want then you should look at the 85cc bikes and again if you have little or no experience racing the yz may not be the best choice. The kx has a power valve which means it is a little easier to ride for beginners. So perhaps look at that. Another g
