Young workers getting hurt on the job?

0

Young people think they are invincible and have cocky attitudes. They are more inclined to be reckless than people who have families to support. Case in point…when I was a teenager I had a motorcycle and a hot car. I thought nothing of going over 100 MPH on both. I would weave in and out of traffic. I got busted for reckless driving. I would never do any of that today because my young kids need a dad to support them. The same would be true on the job. A younger person would take unnecessary chances like driving dangerously in a company vehicle…not being meticulous in checking their work for errors…
