Young People – NEET Group. How will they get Services?
School based staff to continue working with young people either prevented or temporarily out of school or college. It was also noted that this process will require a change of practice and culture by other staff within Children’s Services Department. Staff working with young people making the transition from education to employment will explore blockages young people experience and offer them information. Youth teams will work with young people not in receipt of services and outreach teams in either branch will help ensure young people are able to access services.
