You seem to place a lot of emphasis on having work documents like Authorizations and Contracts signed and deposits paid in advance as well. Why is that?
It is because too many people have not paid us too often for work that we have done. We are owed thousands of dollars in unpaid Invoices. People who have not paid us come from all walks of life, and are of every race, color, religion, creed, income level, and location that you can think of. There is an absence of a sense of shame and also a sense of shared values in our society. I even have one house of worship in Raleigh that refuses to pay what they owe us. You might think that a house of worship, of all places, would be ashamed to do something like that. Not that bunch.
