CARAT has a wide range of features for product labelling purposes and is mainly used by food manufacturers and retailers. WISP’s recipe analysis features are used mainly by caterers to audit the nutritional adequacy of school meals and care home menus and dietetians to assess patients’ nutrient intakes.
