_AbBaNdOn: I think if you put a rock in space and then attached rockets to it, it will be cool =P I think the only spaceships I have seen and hated were the ones from the crappy Wing Commander movie because they were nothing like the game. And I like the ships from Star Wars, Star Trek, Earth Above and Beyond (on TV), Babylon 5 (on TV), Battlestar Galactica (the new TV version), Stargate (TV and movies) except the Puddle Jumper. I even like the vessels in Starship Troopers, since they all had cool designs.
