There are only two seasons in the Bible year. These are determined by the Equinoxes. For those of you who stand on your head in the Northern hemisphere (Science is allegedly now in agreement that south is up, in terms of the universe), you would have to say spring and fall equinoxes, but for the Southern Hemisphere, it is the other way around. The 14th of the month, which begins the Passover may fall on the March equinox but may never go before it. With this rule, it usually follows that the Last Great Day of the Feast of Tabernacles or Booths falls before, and sometimes on, but not after the September Equinox. Thus, the three harvests of God are always in the Northern summer season between the equinoxes.
