• For non-competitive contracts whose original value is below $25,000.00, the aggregate value of all amendments may not exceed 50% of the original contract value and shall not increase the contract value above $25,000.00. • For non-competitive contracts whose original value is above $25,000.00, the aggregate value of all amendments shall not exceed 50% of the original contract value and shall not increase the contract value above $76,600.00. Each department has its own internal department procedures to follow. In all cases, the rationale for increasing the value of the contract should be documented and placed on the contract file.
