Head Office will at its own cost, drive large national events and marketing periodically, that will feed the Insti-Tutor and Tutor network. Area Managers will be largely responsible for ensuring that when these events hit their area, they are there to represent and support TIA as the head of their particular region. In between these events, Area Managers will need to organise and promote smaller events as they see fit to maintain momentum and the ongoing promotion of The Imagination Academy in their area.
