A. The Federal Trade Commission has, in my opinion, completely stripped me of my First Amendment right to free speech. Keep in mind I do not sell any products, I am not compensated in any way on the sale of any products, but yet the Federal Trade Commission has said that if I mention a product by brand name in this book they will in effect confiscate my books, probably burn the books, and probably arrest me as well. I wouldn’t be surprised if they charged me criminally with something. The FTC is on an absolute mission to put me in jail, discredit me, and get me out of their hair. They have said this on national television! The FTC has said that they are virtually on a mission to get me at all costs. This is an outrage, this is a vendetta, and this is the government simply stripping a citizen of his constitutional rights.
