No. that’s not what we’re saying. Clogged gutters are associated with rainfall since that’s when the problem becomes apparent, but most debris gets into a gutter when it’s not raining. Our Gutter Guard deflects the dry debris almost entirely. In most situations, any little debris that does get through will flush out of the downspout.
