• In the contents window, add an element with the Add button at the bottom of the window • View the newly added element in the element window by double-clicking it in the contents window • Open the element menu by right-clicking the mouse over the element’s display area • Choose Template : Apply template from the element menu (or press Ctrl+Shift+M) • In the template registry, select Multiple Choice member in the left-pane of the registry and press the Accept button at the bottom of the window
