• Select Condition • Check the box through the specified account. • Click Next • Select Actions • Click on the specified account link and enter Microsoft Exchange Server in the Account field. Click OK. • Click Next. • What do you want to do with the message? • Check the box Cc the message to people or distribution list. • Click on the people or distribution list link and choose your name and click To or type in an e-mail address in the To field. Click OK. Click Next. • Select Exception • If you want to apply any exceptions, do so on the next screen (Are there any exceptions). • Click Next. • Finish Rule Setup • Choose a name for the rule and check the box Turn on this rule. Click on the Finish button and then the OK button. • This is a client only rule and will only run when Microsoft Outlook is in use.
