As part of the Perfect Health course, you will learn the benefits of Yoga and the 12 movement Sun Salutations will be introduced. The Sun Salutation Yoga poses are powerful movements that integrate the mind-body-spirit internally as well as union with the universal energy. These poses also facilitate movement of every major joint and massage all major organs for profound benefit. I regularly practice these movements. I believe that all energy movement comes from the same universal source and has beneficial and healing effects when engaged properly and with respect. For me, Healing Qi Gong has been a very powerful activity, and it is my choice of movement and meditation for harmony of mind, body, and spirit. I have studied with the Ling Gui International Healing Qi Gong school for several years as well as an international study trip to China and have chosen this path for personal growth and to share with others.
