• ADULT SUPERVISION IS MANDATORY FOR ALL EQUIPMENT IN USE. • NO FLIPS OR ANY OTHER FORMS OF ROUGH HOUSING ON SLIDES. • REMOVE SHOES PRIOR TO ENTERING SLIDE. • NO SHARP OBJECTS ALLOWED IN OR AROUND SLIDE. • NO CLOTHING WITH ZIPPERS, CHAINS, OR BUCKLES. • NO CANDY OR BUBBLE GUM. NO FOOD OR DRINK ON INFLATABLE. • MY SUPER SLIDES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS DURING OPERATION OF SLIDES. What is included in the concession rentals? Cotton candy and Sno Cone Machines can also be rented with any slide rental for $50 with supplies to serve 30 people. Ice for snow cone machine is provided by renter. My Super Slides Inc. reserves the right to refuse any rental if we deem the area unsafe and/or likely to damage or soil our equipment.
