That in itself should make you want to insure your roof is being done right. We know that the cost of a new roof is expensive, but when you consider the warranties that are given you can’t lose. Especially if it is your dream house and you want to live there for a very long time. No one wants to walk into a room and discover that they have a roof leak by looking at the brown water stains on the ceiling especially if it is your dream house. So yes, it is an expense, but to not fix or replace your roof costs MUCH more in the long run.
