y address book seem to have incorrect addresses?
There are a several possible reasons: In almost all cases where a user has incorrect addresses, the addresses are actually stored in their own Contacts folder rather than the Global Address List (GAL). In a department migration, the user’s Contacts folder could be populated with old addresses from GroupWise that are not deliverable outside that original system. In order to solve this issue, the user needs to edit their contacts so that each has an Internet email address. Secondly, while users are migrating from one address book to another, their address book may not update automatically. Finally, some departments are choosing to migrate their users’ Frequent Contacts from GroupWise. The Frequent Contacts folder stores all email addresses a user enters, whether they are accurate or not. This can cause a lot of confusion when Outlook auto-populates the email address field.
