Wouldn an ACL tear require/result in a knee dislocation, not just patellar?
Note: i am aware of the rarity and difficulty of total knee dislocation, i just can’t understand why displacing the knee cap could cause a tear in my ACL. I hav had multiple dislocations since the first, but the original injury and MRI were together and I had never suffered any type of injury previous to cause such damage; I was only 15.
