I think that you will find that he would not be allowed to sell candy floss as he does not have a certificate of food Hygiene – this Government have put so much legislation into action that you even need a qualification to use a wheelbarrow or a ladder yet within Government one minute you can be in charge of the health service having never been a doctor or nurse & the next minute be in charge of the M.O.D. having never even been in the military yet they don’t trust me with a wheelbarrow – its insane !
