Back in his days of Governing Texas Bush was actually a very good speaker. In recent years I would not, but if he were a good a speaker as he was back then then yes.

He’s a great motivational speaker. He motivated many African Americans into thinking they can be anything they want to be when they grow up. If it wasn’t for Bush, we wouldn’t have Obama as President.
