Would you begin with a brief overview of Harris Bretall and its new investment advisor division?
Mr. Ceresino: For over 30 years, Harris Bretall has established itself as a high quality investment manager specializing in large cap growth and technology stocks. During this time, we’ve formed strong distribution relationships with most of the major Wall Street brokerage firms. Our objective in 2002 was to leverage these distribution relationships by acquiring another investment management firm that complemented our existing product line. We were fortunate, as a large cap fundamental manager, to find a firm that we believed to be best of breed in a completely different space. That manager was MDT Advisers, a quantitative all cap core manager located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. We completed the acquisition on August 26, 2002, and couldn’t be more pleased with the partnership that we’ve formed, bringing MDT Advisers in as a wholly owned division of Harris Bretall. TWST: What are Schorr Berman’s responsibilities at the firm? Mr. Ceresino: As one of the original founders of MDT Advisers
