Would you accept constant surveillance in public areas in exchange for a crime-less society?

There will never be a crime-less society regardless what surveillance they use, just look at convenience stores they have cameras everywhere and that doesn’t not stop them from being robbed.

Yes. Public is public. Surveillance of a public area is no loss of privacy to anyone.

I live in the UK. So I accept constant surveillance in public areas (pretty much) without a crime-less society. So a crime-less society would be a bonus which I would gladly accept.
