Would we be able to expand the polar bear population by relocating several of them to Antartica?

Answer Hi, Cal First we need to work on giving the Polar Bear a stable population in where it does live, unfortunately according to many scientists today the Polar Bear will almost certainly go extinct in 150 years. Because of global warming they just can’t see any way to help it survive. And it will face the same problems in Antarctic. There are also other problems that will need to meet the Bear’s conditions like it needs to live in a range where seals mate in the plenty, and there needs to be enough ice to the point where the Bears heavy weight won’t break through perhaps if it is reintroduced into Antartica only in certain places, but since Polar Bears will swim far from there territory and leave there former range it will likely not happen. I still have hope though. I hope this helps.
