Would understanding death be a contradiction of life?

kinda i think our brain couldnt handle it, cant handle it we are able to ‘understand’ mortality, at least biological mortality, and we know what it means, cos we experience it every day, that peson is gone, never coming back, nothing can make them alive again its a horrific thing to realise, not only do we lose those peopel we love most in life, not only does everyone else lose those they lovemost, but we also die too we just dont seem to be biologically equipt to deal with that well and it can really change , affect and mess up your life
