Do it! No point having regrets in life. Later in life when you have family, career etc you will not have the chance and you will regret it. No point working a job you are not happy with, and studying at University to get a degree would be a bit pointless. You have no direction at the moment so you’d probably waste time in a subject that did not interest you, then the job chances even if you have a degree these days is not that great. I was in a similar position to you, and i decided to move to Asia to teach. Ended up in China, and have been here ever since (8 years now), i am not the only one either many expats here first came overseas as teachers. Many are now doing other things, opening schools, own businesses, exporting etc. Once you are overseas you have your experience and knowledge of English to get a good job outside ESL if you want. Teaching overseas will give you get life experience, enable you to learn more about yourself, and also learn another language if you wish. You will
