Would this team, beat the pokemon pearl elite four?

I suggest training up your pokemon a lot further – at least to level 55/60 apiece. Either Azelf or Uxie – not both. They’re both psychic pokemon, so have similar movepools and the same weaknesses. I suggest replacing one with a different type of pokemon. I think that Roserade or Luxray is a good idea – because Luxray learns dark-type moves as well as electric type ones, I found mine very useful against the last of the E4. I suggest teaching them a wide range of moves – not all one type; I know STAB is good, but type-coverage is infinitely better. Two STAB moves maximum is my recommendation, so that your pokemon can deal more damage to more pokemon types – for example, my Luxray knows two electric moves (Thunder Fang and Discharge – 1 special; 1 physical) and two dark type moves (Crunch and Bite) because my E4 team did not feature a dark-type pokemon. Teach damage-dealing moves of as many types as possible, especially Fire, Water, Ground, Ice, Electric, Dark, Psychic, Grass, Ghost and F
