Would there be some advantages to build a station on the dark side of the moon?

There really isn’t a dark side of the moon. The moon receives light on all sides, but only one side is turned toward the Earth. The only advantage I can think of to building a station on the space-ward side would be to eliminate the possibility that something could be hidden over there.
