A – No. I hope that the Cabinet and Annual Conference would not be judgmental toward the local church if they did not pay 100% of the amount asked. Go To Top 48Q – If there is a surplus after the funding of the transitional grants could those monies be set up to help the churches that can’t pay the cost of a pastor after the two year transition into this direct cost funding? A – The committee hasn’t looked at the prospect of having a surplus after funding the supplemental grants. There is no way to know about the potential of a surplus; however, if there were a surplus it would certainly be used for assistance grants. Go To Top 49Q – This presentation is well thought out and presented in a clear and concise way. The slides are good. Could there be a chart offered showing the decreases and increases across the Conference by church?
