I think that regardless of whether German, French, Spanish or native languages (Sioux, Cherokee, Navajo, Iroquis, Blackfoot, etc) had prevailed in place of English, today’s US would have been very different in many ways. It would certainly be less interested in the UK royal family, even though many European and Asian countries full of people that do not speak English at home, are into the royals big time – they have made it big in all sorts of press and magazines worldwide. The US’s constitution and its democratic system would be different, maybe better, probably worse. Also, the world might be a very different place. Important wars might have gone the other way, as alliances may have been different too, the US might not have got involved in some crucial wars and the US may have not been in a position to determine the outcome if it was divided or weaker.
