• A threshold for additional charging. At this stage, no decision has been made on the threshold, or the additional charge per megabyte. The threshold might be 100MB, 300MB, 500MB, 1GB, 2GB, or 3GB per month; likewise the excess charge has not been determined either. If it’s feasible, TIP might offer a “low volume” charging plan, and a “high volume” charging plan to cater for different users.
