Would the Nikon D60 be a good camera for taking pictures of nail art?

The d60 is the lowest quality entry level dslr on the market. The quality it produces is less than several cameras that are 2-3 yrs old. Also you need to consider the lens quality as the combo of the 2 will give the overall result. For nail art, if you are looking to get only 1 nail in the picture, you will need a good Macro Lens, Like the Tamorn sp 90mm or the even better 180mm Tamron. Or else you can use the Niokon 105, if you use nikon, or the Canon 100mm F2.8 Macro or the industry leader, Canon 180mm L Macro. You will also need good lighting as well. If you use a nikon liek the d60 or even the older d80 you are restricted on teh iso range you can use, because higher ISO ranged on those model, and the d40 and other older and entry level nikons have a ton of digital noise at iso 800 or higher and will dramaticly limit the uses you can do with it. If you were to get teh Canon Rebel XSI or the 40D or 50D they would work great for that with a good lens. Shoot even the older Canon 20D wo
