I don’t think it’s appropriate for a 10-year-old. I would have given it an R rating (not at all a criticism of the movie) for dark themes/violence. A few kids in our theater were yapping or asking questions and I was astounded their parents brought them. Also, I imagine it would be very hard for someone that age to really follow.
