Would the Holmes Point Fire Station remain open?
Fire and emergency medical services are currently provided by three different fire districts, with the majority of the area served by Fire District #41. District #41 already contracts with the City of Kirkland for services and so most residents would not see a difference in this service. The Holmes Point Fire Station is part of Fire District #41 so any change in that station’s location or staffing would not be a result of annexation. • Comment: Police response would be much better.
