Would the DX6i Microlite package with AR6100e DSM2 Rx for 1st foamy?
Hi, I am putting together a shopping list for my first foamy plane and looking at the Spektrum DX6i package w/ Microlite AR6100e. I have been researching radio systems for several days and spent no less than 5-6 hours reading about features, reviews, problems, and what the future holds. So…I have scratched the surface of what is known about radios! Here is a little more info on my goals and experience. 1) While I am not an engineer, I have very good building and tuning skills. I currently have several r/c cars and trucks, but DO NOT HAVE any airplane equipment. I had a 3ch plane about 20 years ago and maybe 3 hours of total flying time. The 3ch quickly got boring to me and lost interest and got into r/c cars and trucks. 2) I am an avid reader, researcher, and try to learn all I can about a subject.
