These diseases are listed and you may find the list that applies to Europe, at the link below, under their respective headings. Cold and Sore Throat are not amongst the recognised groups. However, if by “Flu” you are referring to Influenza, rather than a heavy cold, then Influenza is amongst the list of communicable diseases.
