Would the Area Office always send out SSS Form 8?
SSS Form 8 is the only Selective Service Registrant Claim Form described in the current Information for Registrants Booklet, and is the form used in Selective Services RIPS mobilization plan. It is the form you would be most likely to receive, by far. But the Form used for the same purpose in the Selective Service Systems RIMS [emergency] mobilization plan is SSS Form 9. 70.
