Would swapping to Soy milk for good have a negative impact on my body?

0

Soy milk is one of the worst things you can do to your body. Please understand that there is a lot of misinformation about soy as a result of millions of dollars being spent on advertising of this junk by the soy industry. Soy contains lots of goitrogens that slow your thyroid down and in fact, if you look at the information provided by drug companies that provide thyroid medications, they clearly state in the literature to NOT eat ANY soy products. This is because soy slows the thyroid function greatly and counteracts the medications. Soy contains lots of phytoestrogens, but the wrong kind for our bodies. This causes men to get man-boobs and become more feminine. Drinking or eating soy reduces the sperm count in men by over 60% and that is not a good thing by any standard. Soy depletes the body of it’s minerals, especially iron (about 50%) and that is not good news for anyone, especially women. In order for them to make soy milk look like milk, they add TITANIUM DIOXIDE to the garbage
