Would sick kids give me a nose surgery if it was mainly for cosmetic reasons?
You present a complex plastic surgical problem. Depending on the extent of the cleft initially and to which side of your nose it extends toward or in to, scar tissue from your previous corrective surgeries may be part of the issue. Depending on your age and potential future facial growth, often those kinds of surgeries are staged to end up with the best possible result toward the end of your teen years. The only way for you to know what they have in mind for you for the future or when you could expect to reasonably undergo such a rhinoplasty (nose job) – along with any other procedure at the same time needed to achieve an optimal result – is to ask your Plastic Surgeon to discuss the plan with you in detail and to inform that surgeon what it is that you would hope could be achieved as soon as possible.
